palestine statehood is a fucking joke, west bank is a dirt poor corrupt shitplace with radicals inbeetwen and gaza with hamas is even despised by brotherly egypt to the core and basicaly nearly calls them terrorists blows up ther tunnels, egypt media and tv anchors basicaly say live on air they should fucking die in gaza and stop hiding among children and egypt also dubbles its bufferzone now to gaza to starve them out if needed

As long as one side is called Israel and the other side is not a state and is called a terrorist organisation there can be no peace.
the fact of the matter is that while there was not country called Palestine before Israel suddenly appeared from nothing last century, there were people living there, so if Jewish people deserve a state called Israel because they claim their ancestors lived there 2,000 years ago, then it would make sense to have a state called Palestine for the people who were living there and were displaced by violence and terrorism first.
Building walls and getting your soldiers to shoot stone throwing children is no less terrorism than launching largely ineffectual unguided rockets in the general direction of an occupying force.

“Russia will continue contributing to the attainment of this goal [Palestine’s independence], working through bilateral channels and through multilateral channels, including in the ‘Quartet’ of international mediators,” Putin said.
The Quartet comprising Russia, the United States, the United Nations and the European Union, was established in 2002, aiming to reach a long-term peace agreement between Israel and Palestinians.

Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad Malki said that State of Palestine is looking to increase global recognition.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The State of Palestine is looking to increase global recognition of its statehood following an unprecedented endorsement of the country in May by the Vatican, Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad Malki said Wednesday.
"Palestine is seeking additional state recognitions following the recognition by the Holy See," Malki said at a UN-organized international meeting on Israeli-Palestinian peace in Moscow.
The meeting is set to promote a two-state solution to the crisis that began with the 1967 occupation of Palestinian lands by Israel.
Palestine seeks the recognition of its independent state in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and in the Gaza Strip. Its effort has been backed by 134 UN member countries, including Russia, out of the total 193 members.
Israel and the United States have consistently voted down every UN resolution on Palestinian statehood, with the latest rejection in 2014.
Palestine’s top diplomat Malki condemned Israel for its "colonial and racist agenda" that, he said, was "incomparable with international law and peace."
"Jerusalem, once free from these racist ideologies and colonial policies, can and will be a capital of peace and co-existence inspiring the whole world," he said.
The government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu received worldwide condemnation in May after a proposal to ban Palestinians from riding in the same buses as Israelis.
Despite increasing pressure and widespread international approbation, Israel continues to build settlements on occupied lands.
