Re: Hello
Hello again
My primary interests are naval forces, not just British, all naval forces. I found this group while doing a search on Britains new aircraft carriers. There was an external link about HMS Invincible in the Falklands war, which lead me here. The claim was that Invincible was sunk by Argentina, silly claim I know, but I felt compelled to pop in and have my say.
About Me,
I'm 47 years old, live in Aberdeen in the United Kingdom and work in the oil industry, which has taken me around the world, including Sakhalin Island in the Russian Fr East.

Could have been a weather balloon...
Just kidding.
The UK government always tells the truth, only a fool would think otherwise...

Hi Garry, thanks for the welcome. I would dissagree that the British government always tells the truth, I doubt that any government tells the truth. But I do know that Vinny wasn't sunk. hehehehe

I don't think it was sunk either, but if they are going to lie like they do I am not going to trust them either... why let them get away with it...

Re: Hello
Yeah, but Tony Bliar made it into an art form... from truth to lie in 45 minutes apparently...
