Yes I was... I attended the 242 aibourne school in Omsk. Happy to hear you find us so attractive.

Maybe if you were a little older... and I wasn't married.

Omsk academy? I am just having some friends in Tula's academy. Some of them are in Vietnam because of military cooperation , i will never forget this, during VDV day they threw me in public fountain while i was day dreaming and hanging around

Omsk is the training centre for specialists and sergeants, I was not an officer so Ryzan was not my destination. The 332 warrant school was closed this year. Tula 106 Guards was disbanded this summer.

Glad to hear VDV celebrations make it as far as Vietnam.

I won't ever forget the day lol....when i fell in fountain i started to be like this " " when i turned back and saw a 2 m tall VDV who was staring at me, hiding the sun and laughing out loud

I used to do that, back when I drank heavily. 2-8 was always an occasion to get wasted and do stupid things. I was actually arrested for a disorderly back in 05' when the veterans got into a fight with militsya. We kicked their arses but they had the last laugh checking us behind a jail cell.

why was Tula's guards disbanded?

Based on the "airbourne brigade" concept were not enough men to man all six military districts so Tula was to be redistrubted to reinforce those rapid reaction brigades. This is what I remembered from last year.

But don't be discouraged... change has not come!!

After reviewing the Tula situation, Shamanov has suspended their disolution and the division is to be reinforced with another regiment in 2012!

Wow that's good news!!! I was getting a bit worried lol Military reinforcement....? Interesting fact
