Russian Navy to Order New Warships to Strengthen Positions in Global Ocean

If you talk about armata.. no longer they talk about M1A2 but the talk is about how it took Russia so long to catch and that it will not matter because US in a few years will start a next generation tank too.. in other words, No longer Russia Industry capabilities are in question.. only the capability of its economy to build enough hardware for its armed forces.
