There is some confusion about the whole ordeal. It is claimed (who knows by what authority) that this mock up is of "ПСВПС-ЛЛ" which is a testbed for a helicopter with two rotors placed on each side, think Mi V-12. ПСВПС-ЛЛ is developed by Mi using their own funds.
Then there is ПСВ which can mean two things; "Perspective fast helicopter" or "Perspective medium helicopter" which are very different things of course... There are high speed elements for the later so the test bed mock up could be for both. It seems however the high speed project is dead and morphed into "Perspective medium helicopter" and using high speed elements, just not as high speed as the original PSV. http://www.russianhelicopters.aero/en/press/publications/3126.html Sign under the model says Advanced Medium Helicopter, ie the same as "Perspective medium helicopter".
Basically; we don't really know for sure at the moment. Hopefully it will get clear over the course of MAKS, but i think it is unlikely to be for "ПСВПС-ЛЛ", most likely for RACHEL.

Yes... called a retreating blade stall, where the blade moving forward gets extra lift from the forward air speed of the aircraft, while the retreating blade on the other side has to be adjusted to a higher angle of attack to generate the same amount of lift with the flight speed deducted from its rotational speed.
The top speed is limited by the amount of angle the retreating blade can be angled to and still generate lift... when it stalls the advancing blade generates lots of lift, while the retreating blade generates no lift... only drag and the aircraft rapidly rolls and flips over on its back... and normally crashes.
On a coaxial design like the Hokum there are two retreating blades and two forward moving blades so the lift is more balanced.

New wingpods with it seems MAWS L-136 sensors for the Mi-28NM upgrade like it seems.
Here original very high resolution, much better quality to see the wingtip pods with LWR and MAWS.
Also what i have waited for so long a Mi-35M2/3 upgrade with MAWS.
It looks really awesome and the paint job suites it very well.

Edit: PS if you look at the Mi-28N full size picture you can read either french or spain on the nose "Ne Pas Peindre". Export version for what country?

Do not Paint in French (Do not Stencil - Ne pas Marquer). It's the Dz (Algeria) contract.

ZHUKOVSKY (Moscow region) (Sputnik) — The XII International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2015 will start on Tuesday in the Russian city of Zhukovsky with over 400,000 people expected to attend the venue during the six-day event. About 760 companies from 35 countries, are expected to participate in the air show, including Russia's state technology corporation Rostec and arms exporter Rosoboronexport, as well as arms manufacturer Almaz-Antey, Russian Helicopters, and several companies from the space industry.
The air show is organized by Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade and will be visited by top Russian officials, including President Vladimir Putin.
The latest advances in Russia's military and aviation industries will be showcased at the salon, including a prototype of Russia’s Sukhoi T-50 fifth-generation fighter (also known as the PAK FA), the most recent version of the Chirok reconnaissance and strike drone and a to scale model of the Soyuz-5 carrier rocket, expected to be built by 2022.
The first day of the air show will be devoted to the opening ceremony and visits by official delegations, the second and the third days are reserved for business interactions and the last three days will be open to the general public.
The air show will also feature several roundtables and scientific conferences, held under the auspices of the State Scientific Center of Russia – TsAGI (the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute).
MAKS traces its roots back to the MOSAEROSHOW-92, the first large-scale aviation-and-space exhibition in the history of post-Soviet Russia.
