It looks like we don't have a dedicated thread for Belarussian army news? scratch
Or I am blind or something...

Anyway, Belarussian Polonez with 300 km ranged missiles were presented while live firing.

A very interesting shape of the separable warhead part. It looks like some AAM/SAM missile.

This ultra small and light WH and the super large booster is the reason why it can reach 300km~~~
And that is the reason why the next thing they do is to tell everybody that it is super accurate~~~
I have to admit the logic here is consistent and complete.

In the film they showed a bullseye accuracy, it hit the red flag marking the target center.
Soldier's comments is, that they achieve an accuracy of 4m in regular shootings, while 30m is an acceptable result.
It is slimmed as well, that is why an AAM/SAM is the first that came to my mind seeing it.

So it is a long thin two stage Iskander carried in packs but without the evasion and jamming ability to actually reach a defended target.

Was going to put in the army thread but thought this might balloon out into a huge discussion about why Russia does not have rocket artillery that reaches targets 1,000km away for 50c a shot...

    Thanx Goerge/Garry.

So it is a long thin two stage Iskander carried in packs but without the evasion and jamming ability to actually reach a defended target.

It is more like HIMARS/ATACSM. Keep in mind that it is originated in Chinese systems and the Chinese like to clone Laughing
It operates heavier payload missiles of shorter range, and a heavier - very similar to ATACSM.
It is a Chinese M20, optically and AR guided.

With this one, payload is limited to 2 pcs per launcher. Range is called 280, but I call that bullshit - it is export limitation of the Chinese missiles, not applicable to Belarusian made. I would say, +/-400.
