These buildings are huge and multi-storey, solidly constructed back in Soviet times to withstand bombs, and underground halls that could survive nuclear blasts. We can't tell looking at the exterior from above but there will be utter ruination inside these structures. Reports of the facility being reduced to nothing but dust is entirely plausible, though admittedly in localised areas.
