Zelensky "relieved" general Zalushny of all duties shortly afterwards as well. Rumors of the latter being a potential coupist have circulated for a good while now.
So if that's indicative of anything...
Anyway, some form of Kharkov ops have started, confirmed by all parties. Interesting.
The Russians haven't committed the forces needed to realistically pressure the city itself, far from it, but it could be a start of sorts. If/when Kharkov becomes the focus, what "Battle of Kharkov" in its 100+ year old series would that be? 8th, 9th?

Has anyone noticed the number of rockets?
I have spotted more than 50 each.
It looks like coming from one launcher, which would mean they are using Cheburashka ??

One thing that I have thought for a long time is that why do the Ukrainians allow themselves to be slaughtered like this?
Do they actually think it is worth sacrificing an entire generation just to keep Russia out? Do they actually WANT to fight Russia until the last Ukrainian?
Why isn't Russia more actively helping underground partisans in Ukraine? Or do these partisan groups even exist?
My uneducated guess is that the current nationalist regime in Ukraine is a well-organized and western-supported minority, while the majority of Ukrainians are apathetic and unorganized.
A well-organized minority can rule over an entire country even if they represent just 5% of the population, if the rest of the country does not care and is apathetic.
This is the reason why I find it difficult to understand why Russia refuses to kill the representatives of Ukrainian regime. Why kill thousands of conscripts instead of cutting the head of the monster.

There are more than 50 for sure.
Some of the launches seem to be simultaneous with two missile salvos.
I smell big ears there

if I was the russians I would start blasting all across social media and everywhere I can "hey you one of those guys they forcing back? well find your way to our lines and we will accept your surrender and not send you back"
i usually try to refrain nowadays from calling out stupidity.
But are you for real?.
In Europe here we got laws that are not to be misinterpreted that prohibit sending refugees back to active warzones.
They challenge the eviction and it is pretty much an automatic win for them.
It always was, and it always will be.
No matter how much Zelensky screams for new cannon fodder.
how exactly do you think the world works?.
Also, a part of them fled to the EU because they made the conscious decision for their family's instead of the State of Bandera.
Little Nazi Harry potter Kuleba can paint them all as traitors as all he wants.
But you can never fault a man for choosing to take care of his fammily and flee instead of waging an unwinnable war for an corrupt Nazi regime back home.
And the Russians always have kept an open channel for surrendering on the battlefield.
it is 149.200 callsign Volga.

Even if its true do you think these people who fled the country in the first place because THEY DO NOT WANT TO DIE are going to turn the tide around?
The current daily KIA is 1000+ and the ratio is more than 10:1 in favour of the Russians. Just imagine the total carnage when these guys finally make it to the front!
The reality is that they will more likely lay down their arms and surrender.
