Foreigners in Russia

There is some massive change in the policy starting now when law enforcement won't need a warrant to enter the place where he is supposed to find illegals.
Sounds a bit scary to me, but seems a serious attempt.

When the enemy use illegal migrants to perform terrorist activities it becomes a serious threat.

Hopefully the new powers are not abused.

That was my first thought.
It opens some sort of Pandora's box when it cames to bribery and abuse of power ...
Still, the problem is huge and needs harsh measures.
Sadly, nobody dares to make same in Europe.
