History of Russian industrial machinery production.

So far all I have been able to find on historical Russian industrial machine production is about their contribution to the development of the modern metal lathe by Nartov who made a great many lathes that were ahead of their time including ones for the manufacture of arms and artillery though I have only ever seen pictures of his lathes that were meant for ornamental turning.


Above is a picture of one that is I believe in St Pertersberg.

After this I have not been able to find anything, does anyone here know more about historical Russian machinery production?
