Hey PD, I just posted what Russians who shared "insider rumours" (could be BS) are are saying. Russians in general still have "women and children" mentality when it comes to this.
I have no opinion on this myself, I don't even know who was exchanged, could be worth it, or it's another sentimental mistake.

Now for some videos from the other side

Ukrainian pilots running suicide missions in Mariupol. They even brought some people in during the siege just to be captured later. God knows how many helicopters Ukrainians lost, it doesn't say, 5-10?

A large portion of the late 20s, mid 30s, aka the generation that was born around the times of the Soviet Union collapse are truly a generation lost for Russia in "Ukraine". These kids truly believe they're something else.

Results of a raid in Mexico against a drug gangs hideout.  Apart from dead narco goons, there was one dead spider monkey, dressed in body armour.

Nice metaphor for the Banderite Regime in Kiev.  At the end, the goose-steppers will be neutralised, and little Zellie the organ-grinders monkey will come a cropper along with his leash-holder.  Razz  Razz  Razz  Razz

I think they are both right. With lend lease, Russia's political goals of a neutral Ukraine and demiliterization is harder to attain. At minimum it will take longer. Without weapons from the west , the way could be close to over now. Even Pushilin said that Russia will fight till the end of the year which is 5 more months.

you don't need experts ,former western military and Government officials , to figure out that Russia military operation will not end with the take over of Donbass.  NATO have invested a ton of money
in Ukraine since 2014 ,and even earlier , In training Ukraine army ,in weapons ,in forgiving ukraine debt , in biolabs , aside that  the Russian soldiers that NATO don't kill , in Ukraine , through ukranian hands ,will be soldiers NATO will have to fight themselves using NATO military in a major conflict with a NATO power or in another proxy war . So for Russia is clear ,that officially the collective west , have an undeclared total war , with limited weapons for the total destruction of Russia or at least total isolation from the world and humiliation and weakening of  its military.

So  after Russian army capture Donbass zone.. does anyone really thing kiev military and NATO will just leave and say ,alright guys you won and shake hands?  No , they will simply move their artillery positions further and continue targeting donbass , this time the new captured cities by Russia. And if Russia army over run every land ,east of dnieper river ,that split ukraine ,appears to split it in half.. then Ukraine army will continue using their artillery across the other side of the River that separates ukraine in two sides. and those artillery strikes on Russian positions and civilians will continue ,and they will not stop fighting ,attacking russian military and civilians ,untile Ukraine army surrender/captured/killed or pushed away from all of Ukraine territory.  Because they will not use artillery from Polish border or Romanian border ,because NATO will be cautious about going that way.

The war will end either when Russia capture vast majority of ukraine territory , it could be 70% up to 90% , when kiev and NATO see there is no point to continue fighting , that the destruction for them is too high and Russia very low.  This is what De-militarization means.. to take NATO weapons from Ukraine and any other ,that could be used to target pro Russian cities in Ukraine or Russian main land. The war will stop when Ukraine is no longer a danger for russia ,and have no chance to be re-armed again by NATO.. and restart the war. means that most of Ukraine territory needs to be captured and ukraine army kicked from it AND that Russian airforce will also need full air  domination of ukraine airspace and reserve the rights to freely bomb any place in Ukraine they detect Lethal long range weapons ,that Ukraine can use against Russian army in ukraine that will be forever or Russian cities in mainland.

said in another ways.. before a world war 3 start between NATO and Russia.. For Russia is important to make sure Ukraine is pacified ,and de-nazified and disable any potential danger to their country..
so all those nuclear reactors and biolabs need to be captured ,and vast majority of Ukraine 3/4 fully disarmed and the remaining lest territories not captured ,to not have any artillery or air defense or missiles.. Basically Ukraine will become the Russian palestine. Where they will disband little by little ,
first through federalization , until all of ukraine re-integrated in Russia main land.

Russia have lost so many thousands of soldiers lives there ,and money ,to  allow NATO to re-arm ukraine again ,after they agree with a "cease of fire" or peace deal under NATO terms. So in order to protect for real DOnbass and Russian mainland , Russia will need to fully disband all of ukraine ,and fully demilitarize it. because the west /NATO will never stop their hostilities /attempts to destroy russia , until Russia cease to exist and they will never cease hostilities ,as long they have control of the ukraine government in kiev. So zelenksky and all the nazis needs to be removed by forse..
this is why Russia told De-militarization + de-nazification operation. And you can't denazify and demilitarize partially ukraine , since it will be useless ,Russia need total control of ukraine borders,
or at least most of it ,and disband NATO puppet goovernment in kiev , and have full control of all ukraine airspace for them to continue monitoring for weapons ,and arrest/kick all neo nazis away from ukraine , and a new ANTI NATO , anti NAzis constitution created in a new puppet government in kiev ,very friendly and loyal to Russia. The names given to the new ukraine will not matter, novorosiya ,maloroosiya..from Russia point of view, as long Russia controls the new government in kiev and fully control its airspace. to keep ukraine demilitarized and denatified forever ,then it will not matter how Ukraine is divided or the names or flags they use.

Their supposed difference is just rhetorical. Ritter reasons as if 404 could have reached a rational settlement with Russia and now "surprisingly" the West seeks to prolong the war at their expense, while pretty much the rest of the world had factored in that at least from the Maidan. In his defence I think he is being intellectually honest, based on the information available, but I think he is missing the point a bit. Russia's use of force proves they always were ready to keep pounding the ukies until hell freezes and still keep the best of their forces ready because they know too well the West has their finger on the trigger to flare parallel fronts as soon as they see the opportunity for it.

The correct logic is not to be a hostage of these monkeys' provocations, but to attack when and where it suits you. The West is mad to escalate, but for Russia to keep demolishing 404 stone by stone while the Western sheeple forgets about the war and progressively tries to digest the black future their leaders have devised for them is way more profitable.

A trade union-organized protest numbering 70,000 to 80,000 demonstrators packed the streets of Brussels on Monday, bringing the city to a standstill. In addition to expressing anger at the rising cost of living in Belgium, many condemned the US-led NATO alliance and its involvement in the Ukrainian conflict.

Wait till the protests get violent and Brussels has it's own Maidan square coup.

The outrage in Russia is connected with the following facts:
    1. When she was captured, the Russian media painted pictures of her terrible crimes (murder and torture of people, participation in groups of black transplantologists, adherence to Nazi ideology).
    2. It was stated that NONE of the Nazis would be subject to exchange, they would all be severely punished (in fact, DENAZIFICATION was declared one of the goals of the special operation, from the consequences of which almost everyone in Russia is now suffering).
    3. When the fact surfaced that this Nazi was exchanged for some shitty son of some moron official from the Caucasus, a lot of people had a question: WTF?
    4. The moron propagandists from the state media found nothing better than to make a couple of statements, the meaning of which varied from "there was no exchange at all" to "who are you to ask about such things?" and they ended on the note "You are accomplices of enemies and foreign spies if you ask questions."

Seriously, what reaction did you expect from people after that?
So the reaction in Russia does not depend on some kind of "sympathy for a woman being prosecuted." The reaction is rather expressed in "why the hell didn't you hang it on the central square of Donetsk?!?"

Give a weapon to those People and they are most likely to complain about it Beeing too heavy.

On a side note, we could use some extra small arms since our military & gouvernement saw it fit to send most of our war time reserves to Ukraine.

The Buyanm class is not a "small boat". It is definitely for the black and the Mediransea a ship to ensure fleet protection. Russia has no 50 frigates like China or NATO and will never have it. Let's stay realitis.

It is a small coastal boat... the original was a river boat design... it is more a patrol boat than anything else...

Russia is refining the design of their frigates and preparing mass production of their propulsion systems... they wont make 50 frigates, but they could make 36, which would work out to be 6-8 for each fleet with some fleets having more and some having less.

They are ships that do not travel far from home waters... their only use in conflict would be the same as the Corvettes... delivering cruise missiles via their UKSK launchers, but that only makes sense in this conflict because they are the few surface ships with the launchers at the moment... in 5 years time it would be frigates and subs and upgraded destroyers and upgraded cruisers launching the majority of sea launched missiles and 5 years after that it would be new destroyers and new cruisers launching the missiles.

In my view, the BuyanM is ideal to have many of these ships that with 16xtorm2 (Navy version)

I keep telling you, it does not exist in a form for small boats yet...

and AK630 Plus 2 of 8 or 4 of 16 VLS cells with anti -Ship weapons to ensure fleet protection in the Black Sea and in the Mediterranean.

Actually Duet along with the new upgraded radar directors would be plenty for stopping anti ship missiles... and for ground targets.

The new radar can handle any calibre from 30mm up to 130mm and tracks the outgoing shells as well as the incoming target in a closed loop tracking and engagement system.

I am not sure if camo netting would help to "hide" anything? They probably use it for protection against the summer sun. That small island would be completely exposed to the elements.

Wont be normal WWII camo netting... it will have radar and IR elements to disrupt visual, radar, and IR signatures, making vehicles and weapons look like terrain on normal video, IR and radar devices...

but suddenly everyone is coming up with excuses for this gas-chamber-fangirl psycho bitch Nazi avoiding persecution and walking away scot-free?

I am sure if they had any evidence of any crime she has committed... other than to fashion of course, she would not be up for trade... anyway... inject her with a transmitter under the skin where she wont notice and then when you watch live video of her speaking with Zelensky in person... something fast... like Kinzhal...

Are you assholes so desperate for a pussy that you are willing to justify this bullshit?

Wouldn't sleep with that nazi for any amount of money...

She makes it easier with her ideology, but not being very attractive helps my decision too.

Of course she probably wouldn't like me either so it is probably a very mutual decision.

Europeans may have gone full retard lately but their owners across the pond still have their core logic functions intact

The US is one of those assholes who winds his dog up to attack cats and small dogs and is currently standing outside a cage with a full grown lion and some of the leads his dogs are on are wearing very thin because they chew on them all the time... one of those leads breaks and a dog is released it will be through the bars of that cage before it realises what is happening and then the smile will be on the face of the Lion.

    ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

No harm can come to them

I gave you a like for that post because the people on the front line doing all this shit should pay, but I think any chance they get the people at the top should be captured and held accountable.

The people are scared shitless and fear for there lives. Those that don't corporate or resist are simply removed.

This is true... but equally in that particular part of europe... Ukraine, Baltic area... there seem to be people who very easily slip into the role of executioner... whether they are executing jews or Soviets or Russians... some really don't seem to need a lot of encouragement... quite disturbing.

An oil platform is a legitimate wartime target. Who cares if the company is "civilian"? Oil depots and refineries Russkies struck the third month in a row are just the same.

I suspect he considers it Russian territory and therefore not part of this civil war that Russia and HATO are assisting with.

If Ukraine is going to attack Russian targets then Russia might decide to attack HATO targets supporting Kiev...

In that context threatening decapitation blows inside the Ukraine is quite mild a response.

Heavy artillery like 2S7 Pion, 2S19 Msta and other heavy artillery should have been used in the opening hours of the conflict. Along with a judicious use of loitering munitions and armed drones.

In the opening hours why do you think hitting targets 50km from the Russian start positions would be useful... in most places they advanced further than 50km in the first day of the intervention so they would have drive past most of the things they were firing at hours before...

And what makes you think they didn't use heavy artillery where needed?

Instead Russia rushed head on with Tanks and IFVs that were easily targeted by the Ukrainians with armed drones and ATGMs. Extremely poor planning by Russian military. And this is a country just across the border.

They advanced rapidly and totally destroyed everything that stood up to them... there was nothing at all wrong with their planning... waiting and shelling targets on the border would have resulted in Ukrainian forces being able to move to the border to meet the Russian attack force which might have struggled with handling all those enemy forces at once. Doing it the way they did they moved quickly and destroyed units as they came across them... very effectively.

Plus extensive air raid campaign was required, two or three months at least to send that scum back to 19th century and terminate their recruitment pool before moving in

You mean they should emulate the US and do it the western way... the obvious problem is that they have borders with HATO countries so any attempt to blockade or sanction them to weaken them would fail and it would just give them more time to prepare... and also greatly reduce their losses in terms of ground forces... you know yourself that air power seems lovely and a nice hands free way of playing war, but the actual kill count in Serbia was pathetic after 78 days, and that was a large coalition of lots of countries and not just Russia.

They did that not because it is the most efficient and effective way of fighting, they did it because they knew if they sent in troops that the Serbs would destroy them in significant numbers enough to get a political blow back about why are we losing troops to help the albanians anyway...

Russia expecting this to be honored was just another Russian signature retard move and now they got what they deserved for being stupid and ignoring existence of Nazis

Start moving stuff by sea and stop whining

So no consequences for the west against breaking contracts.

And openly ship some tactical nuke armed Iskanders to kaliningrad and have the neighbouring capital cities as targets.

Whole point was to come in nice and polite and collapse the Ukro govt or split the military from the political elites, or fracture the political elites and take over some cities. Things like that. But avoiding bloodshed as much as possible as it would have been counterproductive. Didn't work anyway, we've been over it before.

It did work, but led to allowing the enemy to fire first in engagements, which was the only thing worth changing... shoot armed opponents on sight... and the Russian casualties would have been a lot lower and things made easier and more transparent.

Finland never had a written agreement it would never join NATO.....

    You are lying here.

You can argue at best there might have been a verbal agreement but verbal agreements are about the time they are made not 50 years after.

Governments dating back hundreds of years were smart enough to get stuff written down on official pieces of paper.

Agreements with the west are worthless, and there is an enormous list of agreements Russia has made that it could go back on in response... certainly all these US bio weapons labs around the world warrant funding and effort by Russia to reenter that game and catch up... could lead to some very useful tools they can test on westerners periodically and in deniable ways.

Other than that of course start cutting ties with the west from their end would be a good place to start.... all those ties the west never considered cutting or sanctioning because it was to their benefit... Just close their land borders to any country part of the EU or HATO...

You can thank many Russians even some on this forum who advocated for gloves off approach

That we would send recon in force platoons on foot and we would be greeted as heroes

Fucking assholes got our men killed

They should be the ones paying the price

Obviously you should murder everyone here for thinking the Ukraine with a portion of its population getting murdered by the kool aid drinking western and northern portions of its own population was a bit mixed up and not everyone needs to be shot on sight.

Russian soldiers are soldiers and they follow orders, orders they get from their superiors to complete their mission.

Their mission was to rescue normal ukrainians from ukrainian nazis so bowling in there and shooting everyone was not a good idea to anyone except those with hindsight who realise it didn't work as intended.

If you want the Russian army to be a bunch of murdering censored like the US army or UK army then fine, but why are you blaming members of this forum for anything that happened... they have zero control of orders given to Russian soldiers.

In the end , command got their plans together and are annihilating the VSU wholeslaughter of manpower

No. Like any sensible military force they took stock of their performance and results and realised the enemy was taking advantage of them being nice and it was costing them men so they changed tactics which resulted in a lot more Ukrainian soldiers being killed... which is fine too.

Even the Russian speakers in the predominantly Russian speaking regions of Ukraine did not co-operate with the invading Russian forces.

Was that because the ukrainians around them with the guns would shoot them out of hand if they helped the Russians... we see that happening repeatedly... including with actual soldiers being shot using corridors for humanitarian reasons for civilians to escape... after the first few civilians get shot no body else bothers... does that mean they all want to stay or does it say they don't want to die just yet.

You misunderstand Russia's strategic goals. We don't need chaos, we need order and free trade for mutual benefit, ensuring peaceful development.

A change in power in the heart of nazi land would be a good step... besides they are happy to send weapons and support to your enemies... an effort to soften their tone or even change the tune is warranted.

Other than that In naval department i wonder if BSF will finally increase air operations to engage cruise missiles. Putting Tor M2 on a random ship just wont cut it TBH. as there are blindspot and EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility) Challenge.

That was why they were testing them I suspect... they simply took a land based TOR and removed the wheels and tracks and tied it down on the tie points on the helicopter landing pad... any actual system could be developed that used AESA phased radar antenna on the main mast which would put them high up above the water and offer unrestricted 360 degree views of the air around the ship. Deck mounted vertical launch tubes could then be placed fore and aft... as many as you needed... and I suspect a modern AESA radar that size would offer excellent target descrimination out to very decent ranges and be able to track incoming targets and out going missiles and transmit flight commands to the outgoing missiles to keep them on target easily enough.

With four fixed arrays it should be able to track and engage rather more targets than the original system from the 1980s.

Experience with this sort of upgrade might lead to similar land based systems being developed for defending S-400 batteries that also have large AESA arrays... they could have shipping containers with vertically mounted ready to fire missiles parked around the place with literally hundreds of missiles ready to fire to defend the battery from missiles and drones... including their new anti drone missiles.

▪The enemy continues suffering considerable losses during the special military operation.

▫Only 28 servicemen of the 57th Mechanised Brigade of the AFU that operates in Severodonetsk have remained in the ranks, the other has been left only with commanders.

▫Reserves for replenishing the losses are exhausted.

▪Residents of settlements adjacent to operations zones in Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov and Zaporozhye regions are being forcibly mobilised. National police units block the settlements for these purposes. Men of all ages are detained to be mobilised.

▫Kiev regime spreads information about an allegedly secret trip of Zelensky to Lisichansk where he faced a shelling.

▫At the same time, the group of Ukrainian troops near Lisichansk has been cut off from supplies and is being under firing control of the Russian Armed Forces.

🔺According to the Ukrainian prisoners, units of the 79th Airborne Assault Brigade have been abandoned by their commanders.

▫Servicemen who remained alive had nothing to do but to surrender for saving their lives.

▪The same situation is in the 57th Mechanised Brigade of the AFU. After losing the two thirds of personnel, its commander begged the group command to inform the AFU General Staff and Zelensky in person about the real situation.

❗Kiev regime continues spreading fake news in the best traditions of Kvartal-95 amid its military failures for doing something to stop the panic and the escape of its personnel from Donbass.

Low IQ Putin miscalculated big time. Even the Russian speakers in the predominantly Russian speaking regions of Ukraine did not co-operate with the invading Russian forces.

It wasn't Putin, but other Ukro sympathizers

The thing is in the end, it wasn't a fatal miscalculation , as Russia is thriving now in the SMO, economy, and Politically Putin will be president for long time

As for the low IQ westerners such as yourself...lmfao enjoy hyperinflation

I think even Israel just overthrew their gov, so the low IQ west miscalculated badly

Greta thunberg cannot show her face anymore, as EU gone back on coal, Macron lasted 2 months before being turned into a lame duck by French voters

Brussels has 100k protests, and London is facing a rail strike and mass protests itself

Russia has negated the EU as a bloc and they are in for a winter of discontent

As for the Pindos in the US, well let's just say the fun is just starting there - let's see how hyperinflation will affect the Americans , who will hike to 7% and return an orange character to the throne

At the same the Colombians voted in Petro, so

The rules based order, seems to be unraveling quickly

To think a gas station with nukes and that dummy Putin could have done all that with some unguided rockets and a good attitude

I noticed from today's briefing by RU-MoD. they brought in latest S-300V's. Guess they expect more modern Ballistic/aircrft threat in frontline now. Or just to expand coverage as the VM have better ABM coverage than earlier S-300V's.

    https://www.rt.com/business/557549-russia-import-substitution-law/

This law will make pirating and Tor of the 2000s look like child's play

We will pirate every American trademark and brand from McDonald's, to Nike, and add Z logos

    Z phone

    Michelin Z tire

    Adidas Z shoes

    Pirelli Z tires

    Telsa Model Z

    Samsung galaxy Z

    Boeing 74-Z

    Russian McDonald's, Z meal

The fantastic thing of all this, is China will help import these rebranded items , which "fell from a truck and made its way across the Heihe -Blagoveshchensk bridge"

Trade between China and Russia will soar, as we pay China exclusively for rebranded items, and a new Russian elite is formed buying all the old retail and distribution centers for western companies

And we monopolize the sales from this to consumers at new low prices to match the production cost in China, and the true consumer price in Russia

All I can say is, thank you Bill Clinton

It didn't take a genius to tell the leadership that outside the Donbass the mainstay of the population is all zombified and any small-time dissent has long ago been crushed or run out of the country

Nevertheless the Kremlin strategists decided to try, and I can understand why. If there was a chance, even a low one, to enact regime change w/o bloodshed and avoid a grueling war, then it's worth a try.
