In terms of IQ I am not putting down blacks, Latinos and Muslims.  I have noticed in Canada that there is
a real promotion of the import of unskilled non-white immigrants while the official propaganda claims that
only the most skilled are allowed.   This is BS since there are all sorts of loopholes such as refugee status
and family reunification.   So called western leftists (aka PC totalitarians) openly talk about how great it
would be if all whites were fucked over by non-whites to give a mongrel homo PC-icus.  

Mongrels are not inferior typically as sexual reproduction is predicated on genetic diversity.  Ethnic stagnation
is actually bad in the long run.   But we have social engineering involved and not just some mixing of populations.
So it is selective breeding which can and does dumb down the average.

Yes I used cultural Marxism as a shorthand because most people refer to it as such, but it was more a creation of Trotsky (born Lev Bronstein) Kristol and his ilk are the offspring of 1930s era US Communists who suddenly decided (post-1947 and the creation of the State of Israel) that putting all your eggs in one basket politically was not a very good idea.
