    This bottled kvass is a carbonated soft drink; it's not real kvass, which is a fermented product closer to beer than coca cola, albeit sweet.
    It's similar in taste, but not exactly. The real kvass is richer, cloudy rather than transparent, can't be kept bottled for too long, and very slightly alcoholic.

    Well with AI , digital images can be generated ! You could allow AI to read your book and generate the images ! Most books I purchased recently were all digital format anyway . The below image is example of AI image . There seems to be no limit !

    Thing is AI is doing the same thing that your brain is doing anyway. It's an imagination engine. Which comes up with an image depending on the description and various associations.
    But when you read a book why not let your brain do that? That is part of the appeal of reading in this day and age in comparison to watching movies or playing games.

    @Sujoy

    I have training partners. I don't do a lot of MMA/sport style sparring these days.
    The partner training I do generally focusses on conditioning/iron shirt etc. And blocking/receiving blocks against techniques.

    Continuous sparring practice? Hmm.. that is maybe more of the MMA/junior exponent philosophy according to the beliefs of my arts.

    I've been training decades so a lot of the reading the opponent is hardwired by now.
    I'm reluctant to keep taking heavy shots to the head given there is a cumulative effect over the years.
    I reckon my reflexes are amongst my best points, despite the small amount of sparring I do today.
    (Famous boxer Nigel Benn was also known for doing very little sparring, yet he was Britain's most successful post WW2 boxer til Joe Calzaghe).

    With Chinese traditional martial arts you can always keep improving no matter what age. At least if you are not being directed by a bullshitter.
    The main areas to improve are durability (iron shirt/golden bell) and striking power via internal energy or "chi".

    There is a huge divergence of opinion in martial arts as to what is best ... and worst. So you will find plenty of people who disagree with my approach. Most of the people I train with started off in sport arts and eventually came to internal/traditional kung fu to learn new things.

    The best people in my system (grandmasters) are in their mid 70s or older, small and don't look much at all physically. But they are definitely well ahead of the big, muscular ex sport martial artists. So you can say the grandmasters are definitely doing something right.

    Is there a head conditioning technique similar to Iron Shirt?

    This is a truly perceptive point. I hadn't thought of it that way.

    @Sujoy

    Yes there is a range of conditioning techniques for the head. They range from "hard and external" - using impacts and the physical body, to "soft and internal" - where there is little or no impact and the "chi", mind and breath etc are used.

    Infact pretty much any part of the body can be trained in iron body or golden bell. This includes the groin (balls AND dick! hehe), throat, even eyeballs!

    PS a lot of the traditional Chinese martial training coincides with health benefits.
    The other principle is that the physical peak for many people may be in their 30s or 40s (see professional athletes).
    However, the technical and "internal" or "chi" side of Kung Fu and similar arts .. you will find people peaking (often many)decades later.
