Those are cameras, mate.   

Pulled the photo from Otvaga2004 forums. Apparently this particular "Alligator" is a test bed for technologies that will be implemented on the Ka-52K. Its got folding wings and rotors, and that's what the cameras are for, to monitor things to make sure they operate correctly. At least that's what the original poster is claiming, can't confirm any of this myself.

Like it seems the russiam Mi-35M (Mi-24VM2) have the same 3D cameras inside the cargo room on the ceiling to video tape for training purposes, be it soldiers to lower down on a rope or whatever.

Also there are 4 normal cameras that are covering each angle of the cargo room on the left and right uper panels.
