The images of separated turret in XCB (Vietnamese version of BMP-1).
Vietnam has not yet acquired the facilities for rolled steel in this case, hence the armour of the turret is welded from steel sheets.
For Vietnam, it is important but not immediately important to acquire the machines for rolling armour steel. From Vietnam's perspective, it is more important to master the welding for aluminium alloy.
Type: Tracked self-propelled anti-aircraft gun
Armament: - Twin barrel 30x210 mm, effective range up to 4 km

Thinking about things
It may be in Russias best interest to not just improve North Koreas manufacturing processes and have them move production of certain Russian weapon systems in that country, but also in Vietnam as well. Not only would it be a large advantage to Vietnam in order to get modern and newer weapons production going, but it will also guarantee a customer.
Big beneficial move for both sides.

This is a horrendous accusation and I demand you to provide evidences.
Slander is a crime punishable by law, you know.
