    Requirements for the health of citizens

    Contract personnel only (no conscripts) units from various military sources apparently are:

    - all Spetsnaz units
    - all new built naval combat ships
    - 31st Guards Airborne brigade
    - 15th Motor Rifle brigade (Peace-keeping unit)
    - 102nd Military base (Armenia)
    - all Naval Infantry units
    - 18th Machine gun Artillery division

    About 20 thousand citizens staying in the combat army reserve of the country (BARS) have been retrained in field camps at 9 combined-arms training grounds of the Southern Military District.

    Training camps with former servicemen who signed a contract to stay in the country's combat army reserve (BARS) started in the Southern Military District on September 22, 2021. Five streams of reservists have already improved their combat skills.

    Autonomous APL-500 tent camps with leisure rooms, showers, canteens and bath and laundry services have been deployed to accommodate reservists in the field. The places for living are equipped with TVs, heaters and equipped with the necessary equipment.

    The participants of the training camp completed a course of general military training, performed firing from regular small arms, studied the device and combat capabilities of artillery weapons and military equipment.

    Reservists also received the basic skills necessary to ensure and organize the protection and defense of military and government facilities.

    Currently, the military commissariats of the subjects of the Russian Federation are working on the selection of citizens in BARS. The state guarantees appropriate payments to reservists. So, for three days in the classroom, an officer will receive up to 10 thousand rubles, a sergeant-soldier up to 5 thousand rubles. For 30 days of stay at military training, an officer will receive from 30 to 75 thousand rubles, soldiers up to 25 thousand rubles.

    The first contract for enrollment in the reserve is for three years. The subsequent one can be signed for five years or until the age limit of the serviceman is reached. Those wishing to participate in the project need only apply to the military enlistment office at the place of residence, provide documents and undergo a medical examination.

    Such a four tier classification would be utile also for selecting the professional NCO corp they want to implement: after one term of service the ones in first or second category could become platoon commander in a standard with praporshik rank.
