from what i saw in the parade video its propably not possible and a stupid question but i still want to ask here.
is it possible to attend the 9 may Victory Parade as a foreign tourist?. i know it must sound very cheap and american to ask it like that in that sentence but me and my mother got deep respect for Russia's part in world war 2 and the part it plays in todays international stage that it defends its morals and value's. my mother grew up here in the Western europe during the cold war that once in time perceived Russia as a threat and me as a ex-NATO soldier would really like to attend such tribute to ww2 veterans, and honor Russia's contribution to the war and against Nazi's and Fascism and honor Russian Veterans attending it. they more than deserve our thanks and gratitude.
or what would be alternatives to show our support and tribute to 9 may celebrations?. for us it would not be a cheap tourist thing, we want to give respects to veterans or lay flowers at monuments.
its not a decision made lightly we want to do this we tought it trough, in this day and age where Russia cites and remembers history correctly according to the history books and not like currently by Western politicians that "forget" it. it would be a disgrace to our own honour to NOT show our personal support to Russia's victory Day.
