Russia has entire planet delivering weapons to Ukraine so maybe they should do something about that instead of trying to flex on one country which isn't giving weapons to Ukraine

You sound so American State Department... the whole world has Russia under sanctions, which means the US and her bitches.

A couple of unscrupulous countries are making money, that is quite normal but unless Serbia wants to be the US or perhaps France and openly declare friendship with Russia and supply their enemies with weapons in the shadows to make good money, then Serbia needs to really think about what it wants.

Betray Russia and jump into bed with the US and EU... you will still lose Kosovo and any self respect and they will use you like a sheep in a small Australian town.

The way any end-user contract works

If you sell something to someone with a contract that states they are not allowed to sell that something on to anyone else without your permission then if they break that contract by actually doing what they appear to be doing they owe you some more money... at the very least do that.

But no, you claim past actions of Russia means it is OK to produce ammo and weapons for nazis to kill Russian soldiers and civilians... not to mention these companies buying from you that are no doubt making an enormous mark up on what you sold them for when they sold them to the US to provide them to Kiev... they are likely making 100 times more than what you got for making them but I am sure that is OK too.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic refused any support for the private military company (PMCs) Wagner and criticized fellow citizens who cooperate with it. He stated this in an interview for Politico.

Serbs recruited by the PMCs to participate in the fighting in Ukraine will be arrested upon their return to their homeland, Vucic promised. He was also outraged that the company, in principle, conducts recruitment in a country friendly to Russia.

"I don't need the support of Wagner, I don't need them to applaud me or criticize me," Vucic stressed.

This is not the first time when a politician is outraged by information about the recruitment of Serbs in the Wagner PMCs. Earlier, he also recalled that the participation of citizens of the country in conflicts abroad is illegal. The founder and head of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, at the same time said that there were no Serbian citizens in the PMC and "there have not been any" for a long time.

Has Vucic started sucking US dicks openly? Or were his words somehow distorted in the media?

Since you are slower than average I'll just drop a spoiler for you: By law no Serbian citizen is allowed to fight in wars that Serbia isn't taking part in unless he is also citizen of countries involved (and then they would have to be enlisted in official military of that country)

If we legally let people fight for Wagner we would also have to give a free pass for those who fought for ISIS in Syria

But you were happy when Russian volunteers came to protect your asses in the nineties, weren't you? Are you demanding jail time for these guys now? You have to either pull on your pants or take off your cross, a lover of the laws and a defender of the Western cocksucker Vucic. Wink

Symbolic token support by handful of Russian volunteers three countries and five legal systems ago is appreciated but hardly noticable

And we would have preferred if proper Russian military showed up instead

I definitely remember when dozen Russians in uniforms came over during NATO bombing with huge fanfare to... sing us a song

Yeah, that was the moment when it became obviously clear to even the thickest folks here that we are definitely on our own forever

Painful and humiliating lesson but valuable one in the long run

Both of you have a point.

"PapaDragon" - with all your legalistic bull-shit, you forgot that exceptions can always be made.

An excellent example is Poland, currently ruled by a German-Ukrainian mafia.

According to Polish constitution no Polish citizen can ever serve in any foreign military.

But the ethnic Ukrainians who have Polish citizenship are going to Ukraine to fight for their real homeland totally unimpeded.

If that was not enough, the families of those who have been killed receive a monthly payment of 2 000 Zlotys, and some people in Poland have remarked that technically, according to the Polish constitution, these are payments for engaging in criminal activity since it is in blatant breach of the Polish constitution.

If there is a will there is a way.

Puppet Serbian government decided to be totally legalistic on the matter, they cannot take as an example the "Polish" government?

    http://asaland.proboards.com/thread/302/ukraine-participated-invasion-south-ossetia

And is the Polish constitution enforced?

Yes, in some cases it is, for example Poles who have served in the French Foreign Legion went to prison for it "because the Polish constitution needs to be enforced."
