nothing wrong with that, the T-90 is a great design tho not as good as what the russkies want for their next MBT(which is prefectly understandable since the T-95 and now Armata MBT are really way, way ahead of any existing designs). With the shifting of production to other plants maybe more radical upgrades could be offered like a turret bustle autoloader and ammo storage that would greatly increase the T-90S combat capabilities.

A bit confusing, Konstantin Biryulin already stated that the delivery of entire batch (100 tanks) has been completed. Then there is another report saying something else.
However, someone on an Azerbaijani forum said yesterday that Azerbaijan has opted for the option for 100 more T-90S.

We havent heard about many other defence contract between the two nations before they started to realize so you could be right. What is this thing on which tanks are being driven?
