    Draft organization of serial production of Il-114-300

    The business plan of the project "Organization of serial production of Il-114-300 at the industrial site of "Aviacor-Aviation Plant "(Samara) in broad cooperation with the enterprises of RAO "KLA" and of "UAC" posted on the website of the Tyumen MTU FATA.

    The business plan has been prepared in fulfillment of a protocol meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation of 10.10.2014 № RD-P7-58pr. Approved in 2014. Director of the airline business OOO "Russian Machines", General Director of JSC "RCD" and Vice-President of JSC "UAC".

    The project is the organization of production of family aircraft IL-114-300 in the Russian Federation based on the following presuppositions:

    The needs of regional airlines in the Russian passenger aircraft for regional and commuter passenger capacity up to 64 people to replace obsolete fleet, especially the Yak-40 and An-24 decommissioned because of the development of resources and the replacement of aircraft fleet of foreign manufacture ATP-42; ATR-72 on the program of import substitution;
    The needs of the airlines of the Russian Federation in the cargo airplane with a payload of up to 7 tons and a range of up to 1000 km;
    Creation of the aircraft on the ski-wheeled chassis for operation in the Far North and Antarctica in the framework of the "Strategy of development of the activities of the Russian Federation in the Antarctic for the period up to 2020 and for the longer term", approved by the Federal Government of 30 October 2010. Number 1926 p .;
    Creation of special purpose aircraft for the needs of the Russian Defense Ministry, the Federal Security Service, Ministry of Emergency Situations et al., as well as to supply to foreign customers.

    The aim of the project is to start serial production of a fully localized civil regional aircraft IL-114-300 at the production site of "Aviacor Aviation" factory in Samara on the basis of modern high-performance equipment and the latest technology.

    The main objectives of the project are:
    • Implementation of the ROC on completion of the IL-114-300 to market requirements;
    • Digitizing documents modernized version of the Il-114-300;
    • Modernization of power "Aviacor-Aviation Plant"
    • Training and development of mass production of IL-114-300, with full localization in Russia;
    • Restoring the serial production of engines TV7-117SM and works to increase resources up to 6000 hours.
    • Promotion of products to target segments of the domestic and world market;
    • Organization of after-sales service.

    The article just states that some of the components on the Il-112V are secret and wont be exported.

    The part:

    Basically says they will develop a version with non secret parts that can be exported.


    That might mean the domestic Il-112v has secret navigation equipment or other special items like jammers or EW equipment... it might even have a laser or other weapon type... who knows, but it is something they don't want to export... yet.

The Russian defense Ministry expects to receive five new An-148 airplanes in 2016 without delays production, said in an interview with journalists the Deputy Minister of defence of the Russian Federation Yuri Borisov.

    The plane an-148-100E (registration number RA-61722, serial number 42-09) of the Russian air force is the second built at JSC "Voronezh joint-stock aircraft constructing society" under the contract of 2013 with the Ministry of defense of Russia.     Nizhny Novgorod Aircraft building plant "Sokol" is planning to release the first airliner Il-114 in 2018. It is reported by TASS with reference to the executive director of the company Alexander Karezina.

    According Karezina, the company is ready to start production. At present, developed plan, released area and there is the preparation for the production of technological equipment. It is planned that the first airliner Il-114 will rise into the air in 2018.

    As previously reported Gudok.ru,  the decision on the production of aircraft at the Nizhny Novgorod court accepted . In the production of short-haul aircraft IL-114 at the plant "Sokol"  planned to invest 1.5-1.7 billion rubles , will cooperate for the production of Ulyanovsk and Voronezh enterprises, and can be connected, if necessary, and others.

    Executive director of the plant said that currently the company developed the business model of the process, agreed funding and almost completed the statement of financial performance. Agreed technological scheme of allocation of work between enterprises implementing at the level of the United Aircraft Corporation, told Karezin.

    In October 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved the idea of using the Il-114 regional lines . According to forecasts of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the volume of sales of the IL-114 for various customers from 2019 till 2030 around 320 aircraft. According to the plans the production of the first prototype can be delivered in the 2018-2019 year, and by 2025, 24 of these customers will be transferred to the machine. The estimated price of the ship, according to the assessment of 2014 - 960 million rubles.

    IL-114 - a twin-engine turboprop passenger plane, designed in Ilyushin Design Bureau in the late 80-ies of the last century for regional air-lines of the Soviet Union. Designed ship to transport up to 64 passengers. The aircraft has a number of special qualities that allow it to operate in a variety of conditions, including aerodromes with unpaved.

    The prototype made its first flight in March 1990. Until 2012, the ship was built at an aviation plant in Tashkent. A total of 17 cars were produced, seven of them are still operated by the airline Uzbekistan Airways.
