Scalar Weapons

The Soviets are employing just such a scalar "death ray" weapon in Afghanistan, apparently in the noses of some of their HIND helicopters.  These choppers usually fire gas rockets to camouflage the testing of the tactical scalar death ray. For example, they may fire rockets filled with nerve gas, and some persons will die convulsively from the chemical.  Those hit by the scalar EM weapon, however, have a most peculiar death mode.

Death comes-instantly and totally. There is no convulsion, no response. The entire nervous system is destroyed instantly. Every living cell in the body is killed instantly, including all bacteria, germs, etc.  A body hit with this thing falls like a limp rag and lies where it falls. It doesn't decay in even 30-45 days. In a macabre fashion, it's been reduced to something like food irradiated with nuclear radiation; everything is killed, so the material is preserved for an extended period before any decay can set in.  

Hahahaha... so not only do they have death rays that instantly kill, they also violate various conventions on the use of nerve gas... which begs the obvious question... if they have these portable death rays why on earth would they bother with gas weapons or in fact any other sort of weapons?

These death rays are not subject to international conventions so their use in combat would not be illegal like... say... the use of chemical weapons like nerve agents...

The funny irony is that the US poured chemicals all over Asia... chemicals that when sprayed from aircraft in the morning led to brown dead forests in places where forests were so dense it would take an hour to hack your way 200m through the undergrowth... destroyed in 6 hours... but that was not a crime.... yet they struggled to claim over and over that the Soviets were using banned chemical weapons in Afghanistan but without any proof at all... ever...

A bit like more recent claims over Novachok...

Sounds more like the west fishing for funding for technology and weapons that congress wont approve... for the obvious fear that if the Russians respond by doing the same thing and developing the same weapons all of western technology becomes a bit redundant when a guy with a death ray can shoot through your big heavy expensive tank and kill everyone.

The only way they could probably get approval for developing those sorts of weapons would be if they could get the people deciding to think the Soviets already have them and we need to catch up...

I would say the Soviets and Russians might be funding those sorts of programmes but I rather doubt they are intended to kill people... that is what the US does.

A detailed and technical account of the Soviet’s near perfection of their particle bean DEATH RAY Weapon (which confirms General Keegan’s warning) appeared in the May 2, 1977 issue of AVIATION VIE & SPACE TECHNOLOGY. The Soviet particle beam weapon will be able to destroy U.S. intercontinental ballistic missiles and thus, NEUTRALIZE MOST US STRATEGIC WEAPONS.

Which raises the obvious question as to why Russia is bothering with S-400 and S-500 systems when they had the answer in 1977...

if they don't pretend the Russians have death rays and EM weapons then how can they pretend they are defending the US... without these made up weapons it might appear to a neutral observer that HATO is moving closer to Russia and that Russia is not the aggressor in this situation and we can't have that... so we make shit up about fantasy weapons, which gives us permission to try to spend money to develop our own... which ironically will force them to do the same... so it becomes a self fulfilling prophesy because to defend themselves against our new projects to develop death rays they will have to develop their own and work out defences and counters to protect themselves.

It was the awesome air power of the west that created the awesome air defence capacity of the Russian federation... it was the awesome power of US carrier battle groups that made necessary hypersonic manouvering anti ship missiles...

But the west does not learn.

Russia will have all sorts of special EM weapons and systems, but they are designed to defeat electronics... not human beings.

They will be exploring all sorts of exotic technologies, but the idea they want death rays to murder people is ridiculous... what sort of defence would that provide for them... and what happens when their enemies develop the same weapons...

Western accusations suggest it is a field they are interested in exploring so they blame Russia for having them already so they can spend lots of money in areas they want... would be idea for population control... it would allow them to murder entire populations easily from a distance... if it can penetrate the armour of a tank then it would go through buildings and bunkers... I can see how that would appeal to white rich 1%ers wanting to reduce pollution and human population numbers...

Not really sure how that would benefit Russia though.
