How to post a photo or embed a youtube video on forum

I know this question seems odd but I don't know how to post a photo or embed a youtube video on this forum or any other message board.  I would like to post youtube videos relating to Russian military and also photos. Can someone on this forum explain how to do it manually? Do I need to sign up for photobucket, flick or any other free photo sharing website? I am talking about examples like on this page of youtube videos and would like to visually do it like this: https://www.russiadefence.net/t2037-u-s-military-encirclement-of-china

Depending on the code, it's different for every forum, however it's quite easy here. When you want to post a Youtube video, just hit the reply button, and in the reply box there is a multi-segmented tool bar above the the typing space. Click on the button that has the Youtube icon, then post the Youtube link in the pop-up that comes up after you click it, then press insert.

For pictures it's the same process, but instead click on the second button to the left of the Youtube button that says 'Insert Image', and in the pop-up post the URL in the URL space. then click insert.

When your done, just click send, to post your reply.

see the reply box tools above you can see the youtube logo just click it , paste the link and it will embed automatically .

TO Post photos you need to click ' insert image' tab on 2nd left of youtube , you need to register with an mail-id on servimag then you can upload the picture after uploading it will display 3 links , copy past the 2nd link in reply box and your image will appear

to post you tube videos open the youtube video in its own window and copy the url by highlighting it and either right clicking and choosing copy or just pressing control and the character C while the URL is highlighted.

then open a new reply window and above the text box where you type in your reply there is a collection of icons to the right hand side of the text box and above the text area... from right to left the first icon has a red F on a blank sheet of paper for embedding Flash items, then a blue square with a gold symbol for embedding daily motion items and then the third icon from the right is split in half with the top half white and the lower half red... on top it says you and below it says tube... click on that icon and in the small text box that appears paste your youtube url link and click OK.
