Nothing potential about it- there is, and will be further shrinkage. Even with upgrades and new birds, there is no chance for a 1-1 replacement or similar for the vast fleet of legacy birds.
That is ok though, replacement 4th gen numbers are big enough to hold over till 5th gen platforms arrive.

2013 - 66 new planes will be made for Russian Army
    2014 - 100 planed
    --------------------------------------------------
I don't really see how these numbers will be achieved, unless you include helos, in which case it becomes more than 100.
Even if we include transport birds, and government transports...
    I mean this year we have around 40 Flankers + 18 Yak-130 = 58 jets.
The Flanker number won't increase by much in 2014, probably similar, possible ~50. Add to that the Yak-130s, couple of Il-76MD, several small transports here and there...I am not seeing 100.
I am not including MiG-29K in any of this because they are Navy, but in any case that's not many birds in 2014.
Well Pogosyan mentioned 100 planes in 2014. Beseides those you mentioned we must count on and:

    - MIG-29K (Pogosyan will count them if you wont Very Happy )
    - Su-30M2
    - MIG-29SMT

and you could have 20-30 more of those in 2014 and there you go 100.

MiG-35 Deal ‘On Track’ - Minister

MOSCOW, August 24 (RIA Novosti) - Russia’s Defense Ministry is not abandoning the purchase of MiG-35 fighter jets and could sign a deal next week, Trade and Industry Minister Denis Manturov said Saturday.
The contract could be signed at Moscow’s MAKS International Aviation and Space show, which will run from August 27 through September 1, while first deliveries could start in 2015-2016, he said.
Deputy Defense Minister Yury Borisov said Tuesday the ministry had postponed the purchase of 37 MiG-35’s until 2016 because the defense industry cannot fulfill the contract, and would buy 16 MiG-29SMT fighter jets instead.
The ministry was due to sign a 37 billion rubles ($1.1 billion) deal with MiG in June, but last month the aircraft corporation's CEO Sergei Korotkov told RIA Novosti the contract had still not been signed.
The Mikoyan MiG-35 (Fulcrum-F) is a 4++ generation fighter jet and a modification of the MiG-29M. It is equipped with air-to-air and air-to-surface guided missiles, as well as the Zhuk-A radar system.

I actually agree. I'd rather just see more PAKFA.

However, there has been mention of a new tactical aircraft to replace Su-25 - so while it may not be "5th" gen like PAK-FA, it is still something.

I think it is better to buy more T-50 like 500 plus 500 Su-35 and Su-30SM than loosing money and time developing another fifth gen plane.
I would like to see a light 5th gen fighter that is not as large or expensive as the T-50.

Something that is stealthy but able to carry modest payloads internally but large payloads externally without stealth.

The idea would be that these smaller lighter fighters can engage enemy aircraft without any disadvantage and once the enemy threat has been dealt with it can carry large external payloads to deal with ground targets.

The replacement for the Su-25 doesn't need stealth in my opinion... armour agility and active defence measures and stand off weapons should do the job.

A replacement for the Mig-31 makes sense too... some big supercruising aircraft similar to the Tu-22M3M would be interesting with two 5th gen engines from the PAK DA and a built in scramjet engine to allow supersonic cruising at mach 2.5 at low throttle settings would be ideal.

Russian Helicopters on track to make 321 choppers this year. Last year they sold 289.

The best part of it is the breakdown however. The current portfolio is 870 helicopters (worth 388 billion rubles) and only 232 are export!

870 is very low if they can churn out  320 per year or may be more.

They need to have a portofolio of like 1500 plus choppers.

As per SAP 2020 they were support to buy 1200 choppers what happend to that ?

    Isn't it obvious?
They haven't got an order for PAK FA yet either because it is not totally ready for serial production, equally they wont have any orders for the Mi-28M either because that aircraft isn't ready either.

The SAP 2020 expires in 2020 so you can't expect everything in SAP 2020 to be already on the order books by 2013.
