So as per the Kommersant report

Total Spending for 2018-2024 is 25 Trillion Rouble ( ~ $ 400 Billion ) , 17.06 trillion rubles comes from Budget , 8 Trillion Rouble is extra about the budget

13 Major Project is funded as part of $ 400 billion economic program , The partial break up

Among the 13 projects - the largest: road (8.42 trillion rubles to 2024), demographic (3.55 trillion rubles.), Infrastructure (1.79 trillion rubles) and the project "digital economy" (1.31 trillion rubles .). In absolute terms, most new funds will go to medicine (1.33 trillion rubles to 2024), roads (1.24 trillion rubles) and "digital economy" (1.01 trillion rubles).

So roads get 8.42 Trillion the major part , Demographic is 3.55 not sure what Demographic means any idea ?

So 6 Years of Putin next term will spend 25 Trillion Roubles , 400 Billion USD on Economic Program

comes to 4.2 Trillion Per year or $ 66 Billion USD per year

What they mean by demographics, is assistance to families, subsidies to them, and continuation of the far East development in the "free land" program and such. To help push people to pop more babies.

From thir website. Of course Royal and independent is an oxymoron. secure and prosperous yes, with implicit: only for British elites.

Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, is an independent policy institute based in London. Our mission is to help build a sustainably secure, prosperous and just world.

This as everything from UK Ministry of Truth I'd take with a grain of salt, nonetheless it is good to know what enemy wants us let to know

Putin Announces Massive $200 Billion Highway Building Program

Because of lower costs and higher efficiencies in Russia, this is the equivalent of the US spending $1.6 trillion

I dont think if equivalent is that high, but it is great to see money being invested in economy. It always pays off.

I am not sure how realistic Oreskhin is.

The MED expects GDP growth in 2018 to be lower than 2.1%

Greater as that of Germany. Or France. Or Japan. Without 0% interest rates or 100%+ (Japan 350%) debt to GDP.

    Yet still more is needed.

I wonder when Russia gets over 3,5% form now on? I am sure Medvedev is Putin's man and will do all "negative" reforms like retirement age stuff. Kudrin is goo daccountant and as long as he is not making politics he might actually do the job.
But still i am missing something - there is need for push forward not only by regulations or keeping tace of money.

VEB plans to conclude agreements for the SPIEF for the project factory for 500 billion rubles.

    About Factory
The Project Financing Facility is a joint project of the Ministry of Economic Development and Vnesheconombank, which provides for financing projects through syndication on the basis of the "80 by 20" principle, where 20% is the initiator's own funds, 80% - borrowed funds syndicated through tranches to reduce the risks of project participants.

First of all, the Factory will support large-scale projects (worth more than 3 billion rubles), aimed at creating new high-tech industries. The borrower will have a floating rate, and if the maximum is exceeded at this rate, the project will receive a budget subsidy that will compensate for the costs when the rates increase.

Earlier, VEB reached agreements on participation in the Factory with VTB, Gazprombank and Sberbank, as well as with Zenit Bank, the Eurasian Development Bank, the All-Russian Bank for Regional Development, Sovcombank and the International Investment Bank. A number of transactions were also signed for project financing within the framework of the Factory for a total amount of 180 billion rubles.

Between Russian and US spending there is an 8x difference perhaps likely due to PPP and some other reason , So Russian spending $200 Billion is US spending 1.6 Trillion .....Correct me if I am wrong

Got nothing to do with taxes. Russian economy is nearly five times as large as Chinas per capita. The living standard of the ordinary Chinese is there were Russia was in 2000, plus still 400 Million poor people, so a lot of easy growth left.

By the way, growth is not the answer. They should concentrate on Efficiency.

I'm lithuanian. But let's compare growth of corrupt microstate shithole with corrupt gigastate shithole. Politics aside and being perfectly honest, for average person both in Lithuania and in Russia life is just a different shade of grey.

The Chinese economy is more than 5 times the size of Russian GDP and increases by 6% in year. The distance will increase very quickly.

The United States threatened with sanctions against "Nord Stream - 2"

    https://ria.ru/economy/20180517/1520768849.html?referrer_block=index_main_3

During her speech in Berlin, Oudkirk said that the US does not exclude the imposition of sanctions against Nord Stream-2, but they hope that the matter will not reach restrictive measures.

"We would be glad if the project did not take place," the politician stressed.

In response to journalists' question whether the US position is related to the desire to sell liquefied gas in Europe, Oudkir objected that Washington is guided by geopolitical and energy reasons.

The Nord Stream-2 project involves the construction of two strings of a gas pipeline with a total capacity of 55 billion cubic meters of gas per year from the Russian coast through the Baltic Sea to Germany. The new pipeline is planned to be built next to the current "Nord Stream".
