In February, Russian military has successfully tested a new interceptor missile of for its A-135 Anti-Ballistic Missile system at a testing range in in Kazakhstan. Deputy Commander of the Aerospace Forces’ air and missile defense task force, Colonel Andrei Prikhodko, said that the technical characteristics of the new interceptor missile by far exceed those of its present-day counterparts.

The new interceptor missiles will be reportedly added to the A-135 anti-ballistic missile system operated by the Russian Aerospace Forces and deployed around Moscow to protect the Russian capital and its environs against enemy missile strikes.

Tests of new interceptor of the Moscow missile defense continue

The Air and Space Defense Forces conducted a successful test of a "modernized" interceptor of the Moscow missile defense system at the Sary-Shagan test site. The date of the test was not disclosed, although it was said that it took place in July.

The report mentions that the interceptor has the speed of 4 km/s. It is also said that in this test the intercept point was "at the maximum distance from the protected object."

The new interceptor is sometimes referred to as 53T6M. It appears that this is the fourth test of the interceptor; the most recent previous one was conducted in April 2018.

That's actually the U/S of the now-withdrawn 51T6, itself a development of the older A-35 Galosh. The display model still retains the flange connector to the inter-stage truss for hot-staged separation.

I've never seen a verifiable photo of the 53T6, but apparently it is very similar to the Martin-Marietta Sprint missile.

53T6M site at Oboldino (CIA code B-02) still shows some construction work.
Similiar to that which happened to all 53T6 sites around Moscow and probably in conjunction with the introduction of 53T6M. Two of the new 77Yu6.02 emplacement vehicles are visible next to the silos

    That is Korolev site.

They removed the missile from the Silo in 2016.
They minded out the control/access channels, and buried them .

There is big full maintenance work going there.

They refurbished all sites, and unusually high transporter activity observable everywhere.
I think they reinstalled the nuclear warheads onto the top of each missile.

The Russian Ministry of Defense conducted a successful test of a modernized missile defense system. The launch was carried out by combat crews of the air and missile defense forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces at the Sary-Shagan test site in Kazakhstan, according to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Russian Defense Ministry.

As explained in the Russian military department, the new modernized missile defense system does not yet have a name, only a alphanumeric name. This launch of the rocket is not the first, previously the rocket has already been launched and, after a series of tests, reliably confirmed the inherent characteristics.

Launched a rocket successfully completed the task, hitting the target with a given accuracy. Pledged characteristics confirmed- said the commander of the anti-missile defense compound of the VKS, Colonel Sergey Grabchuk. They

began to test the new Russian antimissile only last year, TC Zvezda reports. At the same time, it is claimed that this is the first rocket in the last few decades, which in terms of the intensity of test launches at the Sary-Shagan test site has broken all records.

It is assumed that the rocket will go into service of the A-235 air and missile defense system, which is being created to replace the A-135, covering Moscow and the Central region of Russia.
