There is Chkalovsk airfield. 54°46'00"N 020°23'49"E
There are two recent images of it on GE, both from 2011, and planes parked there are moved around in the second image, so one can assume it was active in 2011. Do we know if it is still active today? (su27 and su24 are seen there)
Kursk (Khalino?) airfield 51°45'02"N 036°17'45"E
One image from 2011, one from 2012. Mig29 seen in different positions, still active? There is also a different image from Bing maps but I can't tell when it was taken. Actually, for most airfields there is a bing maps image available, most even look quite recent, but there is no date given so i can't use them as a valid proof.
Monchegorsk airfield 67°59'20"N 033°01'09"E
Two images from 2011 suggesting an active base. Su24 and mig25 or mig31 visible. Maybe a recce unit and not combat one?
Petrozavodsk 61°53'06"N 034°09'17"E
Two images from 2011. Active? Su27 visible.
Voronezh 51°37'09"N 039°08'24"E
Two images from 2011. Active? Su24, Su34 Mig25 (mig31?) visible.
Chelyabinsk 55°15'39"N 061°17'54"E
Two images from 2011 and one from 2012. Su24 visible. Active?
Domna 51°54'59"N 113°07'17"E
One image from 2011, one from 2012, one from 2013. Su25 and Mig29 visible. Active?
Kansk 56°07'26"N 095°39'44"E
Sadly, most recent images are from 2010, two of them. Mig31 visible. Not sure if still active. Does anyone have more recent images of activity?
Kant 42°51'12"N 074°50'48"E
Sadly, most recent images are from 2009, two of them. Four su25 and lots of parked, probably inactive, migs21. Bing maps image shows the same. Looks as if it may not be a home to an active combat unit. Does anyone have recent images that suggest differently?
Perm (Bolshoye Savino) 57°54'52"N 056°01'17"E
One image from 2011, one from 2012. Mig31 visible. Active?
That's it for now, I'll do more later, that I know of. But please, if anyone has additional photographic proof (can be just images taken at the airfield, as long as there is a visual landmark visible so one can confirm it was taken there) or any sort of article or photograph from the Air force itself - i'd be very grateful if you posted it here.
