Another very good news for the new year, if this article is 100% accurate.

Now with such developments, if the E.U. and the White House don't want to carry out a war crime court against Maidan, then I believe even Satan does not want to house them.

I just finished reading the report and the Dutch committee is pretty straightforward. I'll quote and translate the part in which they specifically talk about the separatists:

-Based on the data from both the AIVD and MIVD we conclude that the pro-Russian separatists had no military capabilities and the intention to shoot down civilian airliners.

The only logical thing they can do right now is to force the Ukrainians to release ALL the remaining data prior to the catastrophe. Or they should knock on Kerry's door because I remember quite clearly him talking about the precise launch site, flight path and time of impact.

    MH-17 crash

Post  JohninMK on Thu Feb 11, 2016 5:16 am

The MH-17 saga seems to be spluttering into life again. This is an interesting para from the letter from Moscow to the dependants demanding answers. Much more at link.

At the same time, Russia has repeatedly pointed out that the Dutch technical investigation was performed in an extremely nontransparent and biased manner. We support you in your efforts to get answers to the numerous questions that remain unanswered. The Dutch Safety Board should explain to you and to the whole world why the technical investigation took such a long time and why it resulted in some very abstract and vague statements. The Dutch authorities should explain why they distorted facts and concealed data, and why they ignored important data provided by Russia. The DSB should explain why its final report distorted data about missile fragments and places where they were found, why it failed to thoroughly examine penetration holes on the aircraft, why it mismanaged the aircraft debris, why it misrepresented the probable location from which the missile was launched, and many other discrepancies in the final report.

for the magazine "Авиапанорама" (or a not related note : for any interested is present an article on the result of high grade engagement simulation, starting at different altitude, between Su-35 and Rafale Wink http://aviapanorama.ru/2015/12/veroyatnost-porazheniya-rafalya-v-boyu-protiv-cu-35-vyshe-stoimost-tozhe/ )

In the internview are highlited the results coming from simulations employing the normal, internationally accepted, procedures and protocols, for this kind of investigation, that deeply differ from those presented by Duch-lead one ,characterized by very suspect oddities, when not open infractions (like in the case of misterious warhead fragments appearing from nothing at the presentation of the results).

From rigourous data processing appear that the warhead downig the Mh-17 was almost certainly that of an air-to air missile with a mass half that of a Buk missile not of russian production.

    John Helmer's Latest:

Dutch government prosecutors investigating the downing of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 have reported that secret US satellite intelligence they have been shown cannot be used in evidence in a prosecution in an international or Dutch court, and that no evidence is currently available to charge anyone for the crime of firing on the aircraft, killing the 298 passengers and crew on board. The report, in the form of a 5-page letter addressed to families of the victims was signed by Fred Westerbeke, the Dutch official in charge of the investigation, and mailed last week.
Yesterday the Australian government, whose federal police are participating with the Dutch in the criminal investigation, dissociated itself from the contents and conclusions of the Dutch government letter, despite the claim on the signature line by Westerbeke that he was reporting “on behalf of the Joint Investigation Team [comprising] Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, Ukraine and Netherlands”.

Westerbeke has told the selected recipients of his report there is “no video or film footage available from launch or trajectory of the missile”. He implies the investigators have now concluded that widely published photographs of the launch and the missile contrail in the sky are unreliable or false.

RE: The Australian Federal Police & MH-17

AFP lead investigator Donoghoe, in AFP film clip, contradicts Australian Government on crash site, Ukraine conflict.
    Source: http://media.smh.com.au/video-news/video-world-news/afp-forensics-team-at-work-in-the-hague-6892745.html
In their presentation of what they saw, did, and have concluded, the AFP officers are now saying they have no evidence the Novorussians at the crash scene either claimed responsibility for the shoot-down; or acted improperly to withhold or manipulate the crash scene evidence; or stole the victims’ belongings. The AFP is also expressing its “irritation” at public claims of the cause of the crash and the conduct of the Novorussians by the Australian Prime Minister at the time, Tony Abbott. In their presentation to the media, the Australian officers “go out of their way to acknowledge and to defend the humanity of the Ukrainian rebels who were accused of bringing down the aircraft.”

    Something from western media!

    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/663787/Ukrainian-fighter-jet-shot-Russian-crash-MH17-BBC-documentary

SHOCK CLAIM: Ukrainian fighter jet shot down Malaysia Airlines' MH17

A BBC documentary will air “shocking new allegations” about the downing of Malaysia Airlines plane MH17, including claims it was shot down by a fighter jet and not a ground-to-air missile.

    By DAVID STEPHENSON
    PUBLISHED: 00:01, Sun, Apr 24, 2016 | UPDATED: 13:54, Sun, Apr 24, 2016

The Boeing 777 exploded over eastern Ukraine on July 17, 2014, killing 298 people.

The official report concluded that the jet, bound for Kuala Lumpur, was downed by a Russian-made Buk missile fired from a Ukraine area under the control of Russian-backed rebels.

However, the programme will present new evidence that a Ukrainian fighter jet may have shot down the aircraft.
Another theory is that a CIA-backed “terrorist operation” planted two bombs on the airliner.
Witnesses directly beneath the exploding aircraft report seeing at least one fighter jet.

Natasha Beronina said: “It was summer, harvest time. We heard a bang. At first we saw black smoke and two planes, little ones like silver toys. One flew straight on and the other one turned round when the bang happened and flew back from where it had come.”

German investigative journalist Billy Six interviewed 100 witnesses, seven of whom said they saw a fighter jet.Six said: “One of them even told me how he saw it launch a missile. It was like a small line in the sky going into the clouds. Then he heard the big boom.”

He believes two jets shot it down – one firing a canon from the back into the cockpit to destroy the crew.

Then another fired an air-to-air missile. In the intense propaganda war between Ukraine and Moscow, Russia media reported the name of a pilot they believed was responsible, Captain Vladislav Voloshin, based at a southern Ukraine airfield. In an interview, he denied the allegations made by a mechanic on the base.
He said: “We did not carry out flights on July 17. The mechanic also says that three aircraft went out on a mission and I was the only one to return. But again this actually happened on the 23rd.

“He said that the aircraft was carrying air-to-air missiles. There were no air-to-air missiles. I was carrying air-to-surface weapons for ground targets.”

The most shocking allegations come from private investigator Sergey Sokolov. He deployed more than 100 of his agents to investigate the site and examine evidence.

He said they found no shrapnel from a Buk missile. Sokolov said he was “sold” a phone intercept between two CIA agents that suggests they masterminded the planting two bombs on MH-17.
The CIA, he claimed, was helped by the Ukrainian secret service. Sokolov said: “The driving force of the operation were CIA agents and the Dutch security service also had a part to play as the bombs were put on the plane in Holland and this couldn’t have been done anywhere else.”

He added “This terrorist act was a pretext for firstly intensifying sanctions on Russia, secondly to show the world that Russia is a barbarian country and thirdly to strengthen the presence of Nato in Europe, particularly Ukraine.”

However, the documentary tells how British investigative blogging site, Bellingcat, supports the official version that a Buk missile was fi red at the aircraft by Russian-backed rebels.
