    Su-30SM: 12 (10 to VKS, 2 to Ru Navy)
    Su-35S: 5
    Su-34: 4

For 2018 we expect in total:

14xSu-30SM (2 for the Navy and 12 for the Air Force)
    10xSu-35S
    18xSu-34

Are you sure about 18 Su-34 for this year?

    οk fixed

    5 Su-35? when ?

For the moment only were delivered 3 on July with numbers Nº70 , 71 and 72

You are right i checked it again in Su-35S topic. 3 new delivered in July. So we have

    2018 Deliveries Update

    Su-30SM: 12 (10 to VKS, 2 to Ru Navy)
    Su-35S: 3
    Su-34: 4

    I heard a new Su-30SM order
    https://tvzvezda.ru/news/forces/content/201810131319-mil-ru-9xnp7.html
make sense soon all delivered but finaly normaly not new for Su-34 coz AF keep a part of the Su-24M/M2, MR also him replaced after by Su-34 when he have the recc pod ?
    https://iz.ru/775086/aleksei-ramm-bogdan-stepovoi/su-24-sobiraiut-v-kulak
and Navy replace them with Su-30SM.

And one other for Su-35 with a Su-57 wich arrive in number later about 2025 to see...

The airplane crashed at the Niznhi Novgorod Oblast, was a MiG-31BM of the retraining unit of Savasleyka

There are only one not-modernized squadron at Yelizovo. All the other units are working with MiG-31BM now

I have with a mixed fleet for these bases :
    Aktoubinsk 2 - 10 units
Bolshoe Savino (Perm') seems the last which have received BM, 24 units
    Jelisovo/Petropavlovsk : 10 + 6 x BM

About a year without news and according especialy author Butowski possibe a new Rgt stand up near Vladivostock to Sokolovka
from the very big Sqn with 22 BM ! to Centralnaya Ouglovaya
    http://bmpd.livejournal.com/2784601.html
BTW appear on GE a number of Mig-31s and Su-27s or 35s ? to Sokolovka this base seems enough active

But the number of Air bases with combattants in Siberia and in the Far East is really low !
