So if I understand right, we will sea 2 more in the Baltic fleet until the end of the next year and one more in the Pacific with 2 more by 2020.

Any news on the launch of the first 20385, it should be happening soon.

    You mean the Gromkiy?

It took them five years I wouldn't call that all action.

We will see how fast they build the Aldar Tsydenzhapov and Rezkiy Given how slow Amur moves, I have no idea why the Russian MoD ordered these ships from them.

To keep them working. Plus they still need ships so even if they take forever, they can still use them once floated out.

But USC should be putting emphasis on restructuring it.

Video from the yesterdays launch, at the end of the video you can see a haul from one of the 20380 corvettes, but which one. You can tell it's a 20380 corvette by the very pointy front end and the slight curve in he bow all the way to the top.

It might be the second 20385 since the last info is that it will be commissioned in 2019, and the next pair of 20380, the Retiviy and the Strogiy are to be commissioned next year along with the first 20385 so they have to be more far along in the build. Retiviy and the Strogiy where started at the same time but it's a question whether the work was done at the same speed on both ships. Everything else of this project is being built in Amur.

Via Balancer, apparently they are doing a radar upgrade on 20380
The ship's radar coverage air and surface situation, the system of radar data processing - complex of works on technical maintenance, current repair, completion and servicing (BOM): The ship's radar coverage air and surface situation, the system of radar data processing - Range of works on completion 5P-27M radar on order pr. 20380 of the Baltic fleet
1* for 20380 not several for 20381 (I assume on an official tender document they'd make the distinction), prototype for upgrading the others?
5P-27 is the Furke-4 on Gorshkov so presumably 5P-27M is an improvement on that Smile

The situation with the construction of the project 20380 corvettes at the Amur Shipyard

    - Sovershenny is currently undergoing factory tests and the ship will probably be delivered in mid-summer
    - Gromkiy will be launched in July 15th and will be delivered in the second half of 2018
    - 2 more ships will be delivered to the Navy until the end of 2020

Not installed yet?  The link has larger pics and they clearly show the sonar bulb is still to be attached.

Yes its a very impressive package.
...If it actually exists & can be made to work properly Suspect
I want to believe its there, progressing well & will work as advertised.

But there was that recent article alleging huge corruption & non-delivery of products from the manufacturer.
Even before that I've been pretty worried since I have seen no sign of a prototype  & no news at all on how progress has been going.
(has been mention at Balancer of test setup at Lake Ladoga but also said it wasn't showing much sign of progress)

The keyword here is "alleging".  Without evidence, such assertions mean NOTHING, and is likely nothing but propaganda BS.

BTW non-delivery is not actually evidence of "corruption".  Sometimes the R&D and production efforts simply fail, not because of theft or misappropriation of funds, but simply because technical issues cannot be solved with the hardware constructed or the funds allocated.  Note that I'm NOT saying that this is the case with 20385 radar suite, just making a general point...

Really would have been a nice time to get an upgrade on progress of the Barrier radar system but haven't seen any mention of it yet.
Lots of talk about delay caused by import substitution of the engines.
