Not installed yet?  The link has larger pics and they clearly show the sonar bulb is still to be attached.

Yes its a very impressive package.
...If it actually exists & can be made to work properly Suspect
I want to believe its there, progressing well & will work as advertised.

But there was that recent article alleging huge corruption & non-delivery of products from the manufacturer.
Even before that I've been pretty worried since I have seen no sign of a prototype  & no news at all on how progress has been going.
(has been mention at Balancer of test setup at Lake Ladoga but also said it wasn't showing much sign of progress)

The keyword here is "alleging".  Without evidence, such assertions mean NOTHING, and is likely nothing but propaganda BS.

BTW non-delivery is not actually evidence of "corruption".  Sometimes the R&D and production efforts simply fail, not because of theft or misappropriation of funds, but simply because technical issues cannot be solved with the hardware constructed or the funds allocated.  Note that I'm NOT saying that this is the case with 20385 radar suite, just making a general point...

Really would have been a nice time to get an upgrade on progress of the Barrier radar system but haven't seen any mention of it yet.
Lots of talk about delay caused by import substitution of the engines.

There is a display version of the 20385 mast at IMDS

Is that really a stochastic TR module setup?  Shocked (looks like it in the video up-thread also)

On Balancer its been pointed out the 20386 model at IMDS has a change from truncated cone to a ball radar dome inside the tripod, Furke/Positiv?

Also has 2* AK-630 instead of the one on the keel laying CGI, superstructure cut down around them so they'll actually have useful firing arcs Smile

Finally some news on the radar system
    http://www.janes.com/article/71971/imds-2017-zaslon-ready-to-install-new-multifunctional-radar-on-future-russian-surface-combatants
Speaking to Jane’s at the International Maritime Defence Show (IMDS) in St Petersburg, industry sources confirmed that the Zaslon Multi-Purpose Navy Radar System (MF RLK ZASLON) has completed its development phase, and is “now ready to be deployed as the flagship radar of next generation ships in the Russian Navy”.

http://nortwolf-sam.blogspot.co.nz/2017/07/blog-post_4.html has some pics from their IMDS brochure, dunno if there is anything new/interesting there...

Bastion-karpenko has something about a new test stand for multi-function radar, obviously related to this system, unclear to me whether its 'this will help with future systems' or 'we kicked some ass so the damn thing gets done' dunno
Google translate wrote:"In accordance with the indication of the Chief of the Navy, Admiral Vladimir Korolev, after a detailed study of the scientific organizations of the Navy a number of directions equipping warships class" frigate "and" corvette "multi-function radar system, the High Command of the Navy has intensified and concretized the question of bench tests naval weapon systems and, in particular, , the latest electronic weapons systems. For this most modern polygon database it will be used. This will allow the preliminary stage, to implementation and integration of systems into the new ship built defense enterprises, to fully experience one or the other set of electronic weapons and ship systems, avoiding the process of further revisions directly on the ship ", - said Deputy Navy Commander for Armaments Vice Admiral Victor Bursuc. According to him, "in the current 2017 I went to work and began to function was commissioning a modern landfill in Lake Ladoga, built PJSC" Northern Shipyard "and JSC" Barrier "and designed to test the latest electronic weapons, as well as optical systems. Landfill has the potential to create real conditions for shipboard testing equipment. Russian Pacific Fleet Project 20380 Corvette Sovershenny Completes Sea Trials

The advanced Project 20380 corvette Sovershenny built for the Pacific Fleet by the Amur Shipyard in Russia’s Far East has completed the sea stage of its state trials, fleet spokesman Captain 2nd Rank Vladimir Matveyev said.

Project 20380 corvette Sovershenny built for the Pacific Fleet

Check and final painting are currently under way on the ship, the spokesman added.

"The corvette Sovershenny has completed its state trials at Pacific Fleet sea ranges. During the state trials, the shipbuilder team in cooperation with the corvette’s crew and the state acceptance commission held maneuverability and speed tests and checked the operation of all its systems, units, navigation and radio equipment and weapons," Matveyev said.

"In particular, the ship’s crew conducted missile and artillery test firing against surface, aerial and coastal targets and practiced air defense and antisubmarine warfare. Kamov Ka-27 [NATO reporting name: Helix] shipborne helicopters landed on the corvette for the first time," he added.

After the customer signs the acceptance report, the ship will join the Pacific Fleet. The Project 20380 corvette is a close maritime zone warship. It is designed to fight surface ships and submarines and provide fire support during amphibious landing operations. The Project 20380 corvette has a full displacement of about 2,200 tons, a speed of 27 knots and a cruising capacity of 4,000 miles. The corvette’s main armament includes the Uran anti-ship and Redut air defense missile systems. It is also armed with the 100mm A-190 and 30mm AK-630 guns and Paket torpedo launchers. It also has a helipad and a hangar.

After successful completion of tests, Sovershenny will be handed over to the Navy (Pacific fleet) on the 20th of July.
A week or two after that, the second ship (Gromky) will be taken out of the construction yard and be prepared for launch.
