    The Su-24's max speed is 1,320 km/hour.

So if we assume the Su-24 was actually going much faster, was 17 seconds more like 5 seconds? Or perhaps even less?

It wouldn't have stalled, but it wasn't going much faster. As Said before, there's no reason for the SU to go that slow on foreign airspace, if they knew where they were. The plane would have been flying all out. SO indedwe should be looking at 200m/s roughly.thus about 9 seconds over Turkish territory. Which makes me wonder if the 17 second isn't the total time for both planes, thus one entering first and the second following one or two seconds behind. Also the fact they "picked" the second plane, while BOTH were clearing out, belies the notion that the plane didn't change course. This is preposterous and screams set up. But hey Turkish Army, born shitheads.

I don't trust the turks and their "radar images" especially since it is obvious that it was an ambush preplanned with the terrorist scum on the ground with TOW team, cameras and the subhuman scum killing pilot exactly where they parachuted.

Russian radar images show exact opposite and since they are not the aggressors it is pretty clear who is wrong and who is right.

Crash footage shows that Su-24 had it's wings swept backwards so that means that it flew at much higher speed.

It skirted ( if it did at all) turkish airspace for maybe 5 second tops.

Turks are full of shit as usual.

Turkey has been waging an illegal war against Syria for years. Russia should have been more careful when flying close to the Turkish border. Turkey is NOT a partner of Russia. Turkey is an enemy of Russia.

It was actually known from 18 october

    excerpt quote :

[Mr. Hakan Fidan, Turkish President's staunchest ally, condemned Russian military intervention in Syria, accusing Moscow of trying to 'smother' Syria's Islamist revolution and serious breach of United Nations law.

“ISIS is a reality and we have to accept that we cannot eradicate a well-organized and popular establishment such as the Islamic State; therefore I urge my western colleagues to revise their mindset about Islamic political currents, put aside their cynical mentalité and thwart Vladimir Putin's plans to crush Syrian Islamist revolutionaries,” Anadolu News Agency quoted Mr. Fidan as saying on Sunday]

Just look at this Fidan faggot smugface :

I think this middleclass snob is responsible for entire SU24 incident.
He should be hunted down and eliminated so those idiots have proper idea what will happen to open terrorist scum in Turkey regardless their position.

All of Hatay area can be covered by a battery. Off course the use will be limited given the number of missiles available.

Turkey's biggest concern might be the SAA retaking the border area's with Turkey, they will be enemies for decades to come this is why they keep talking about a buffer zone. I personally think Iran is doing way too little in this conflict, they have a large population but there are even more Iraqis fighting alongside SAA whilst Iraq has it's own war.. Iran could easily send troops to speed it up, till now all I see are some old advisers.

The Turkish Embassy in Moscow was stoned

    Подробнее на РБК:

As informs "RIA Novosti", about 500 people gathered on Wednesday afternoon near the building of the diplomatic mission in action, organized by the LDPR. Explaining their actions the policy of Turkey, whose military yesterday shot down a Russian bomber su-24, the activists threw the Embassy with stones, eggs, tomatoes, cans of spray paint.

Can't Russian intelligence services locate this scum, and spetsnaz forces eliminate him? This would be one of the easiest retaliations Russian could take.

I think they could use Ramzy forces for that, they know deception well and mountain warfare , and northern Latakia is pretty similar to Chechenia (hilly-mountanious terrain etc.)

BTW. Really easy way to eliminate those turkeys in N. Latakia would be hundred or two BM-21 Grads concentrated fire, and then moving 500-1000m after a each salvo until turkish border.

Russia have enormous amount of those in storage along with ammo so nothing really sofisticated is needed but crude firepower.

"Turkey has moved 20 tanks from west of country to southern province of Gaziantep, bordering Syria, and increased number of F-16s flying patrols along border to 18 as of yesterday," state-run Anadolu Agency said today. Here's a visual that shows you where Gaziantep is in relation to Aleppo and to the Su-24 crash site:

So it is confirmed that S-400 will be placed in Syria and the Moskva's cruiser S-300F will compliment it.  Pretty much Turkeys little stunt will now be their undoing. As soon as Turkey tries again, it will lose more than a plane and pilot.  But they have experience getting shot down, at least by Greece, so this shouldnt come as a surprise to them.

Also, I suppose it is confirmed that all bombers are now to be escorted by fighters and new electronic warfare and ecm systems to be installed as well?
