S-400s haven't been exported anywhere yet; they're just S-300PMU2s on the latest chassis I'm willing to bet.

Broken english.
I understand you are trying and I give you full credit for it. Which ship is this exactly? Because this is a more obscure section of the forums, many may not view it, so you need a tad more patience in waiting for an answer. If the ship is of Russian origin, you can always ask in the Navy secction of the forums as people who congregate there can have all the info you need.

If you mean the last photo you posted, just looking at it, and not being 100% sure, I would say they are phone boxes.
The fact that they are painted red suggests to me they are supposed to be visible to the crew even under poor lighting conditions and bad weather.
they seem to be located near doors in the superstructure and might contain a phone to communicate to those on the bridge. They might instead contain fire hoses for fire fighting, or they might contain both.
The locations could be observation points where crew would stand on lookout duties and the boxes contain a phone system to pass their observations to the captain/bridge.
All just a guess.
