The title is pretty self-explanatory..... Made this thread so us WoT players don't clutter the gaming thread.

Gotta say I'm loving the T-54 so far... What a tank! Even stock it is great, and that says something as 99% of the tanks in the game are the opposite... I've gotten a lot of bounces off of the armor, and the -54 is fast enough to keep your frontal armor towards the enemy (say, if a scout is flanking you). Plus the turret armor is great... Both the stock and upgraded turrets have bounced high-tier TD shells for me. It's always fun meeting another T-54 in a duel because unless they are using the 219 mm pen gun (which nobody does) or shooting gold they can't penetrate me or any other -54 frontally. So it ends of being who can either get the side shots or hit the copula first. - I go for the side shots if possible (side armor is garbage) but face hugging and hitting the copula works too.

Without anything upgraded (except for the turret) it isn't the most mobile tank around. But the highish top speed helps that out. It is fast enough to flank heavies at the very least. With the upgraded engine + tracks it should excel in this department.

The LB-1 (as unlocked via the T-44) really isn't the best at Tier 9 though... It is a challenge to penetrate the frontal weak spots of the E75 or IS-8 for example. The DPM isn't amazing either. That being said, the best gun fixes these problems and has some of the best DPM at Tier 9. Plus the gold penetration is outrageously good.... But then again you'll lose credits shooting that unless you really get a lot of damage in. 

Really that's all I can say for now... Rest of the stats are solid and it is very, very well rounded overall. I'll probably update my thoughts once I get the best gun and then later when I elite it.

Just got the top-gun on my -54, though I still do't have the engines or tracks... Gun helps it out a lot and high tier games and has amazing DPM.
