Those tires burnt? I thought that the BTR series didn't use Vulcanized Rubber in their tires... - (Shout out to GarryB!)

 - The speaker could be for battlefield communications within short range, so they don't have to radio or yell etc. I cannot be sure though.

AFAIK the tires are run flat, but not fire proof.... certainly not the old ones.

Speakers are likely used to try to get the opposition to surrender, or put them off or appeal to get them to change sides.

So I suppose this is the result of the peace warfare that is being waged against the Novorussians; before this the fascists never had any military success, however small.

I should take credit for coining Poroshenko's nickname as "Porkyshenko" due to his remarkable resemblance to swine, I think I should coin another nickname for the crackpot Bandera worshipers. For now on we should recognize that Bandera-loving Western Ukraine as a parasitic entity that lived on the earnings of hard-working Eastern Ukrainians. Like many parasites, they carry diseases and pathogens that harms or kills their host that they siphon energy from...they come in the form of the Bandera-worshiping Iron-Maidan.
