Upcoming changes

In order to get higher up on the search index the name of the forum will be changed to Russian Military Forum or RMF.

Thinking about putting a shoutbox on the main page.

Replacing smilies with some more suitable to this forum.

Also thinking about adding a ranking system based on Russian Armed Forces.

Going to add more user groups.

I have added Vietnam to the Asian subforum.

I have adjusted the Global Defence Forums to also include strategic issues. I have changed the Russian Ground forces to Russian Army so you can also post things that aren't just ground specific but including several branches like exercises and whatnot.
